Customizing Your Homemade Fruit Punch Slushy
One of the best things about making a Fruit punch in the Ninja Slushi machine is that you can get creative with the flavors!
For this recipe, I decided to add a little strawberry syrup to the Minute Maid fruit punch, as it just gives it a little something extra.
The sweet, berry flavor pairs so well with the tropical flavors of the fruit punch.
But don’t stop there! There are plenty of other ways to customize it.
You could add a splash of pineapple juice for a more tropical vibe or even a little lime juice for a tangy kick.
Try mixing in some coconut syrup for a creamy, island-inspired treat. You could also experiment with different fruit juices, like mango or orange, to change up the flavor profile entirely.
The possibilities are endless–so you can stick with the classic fruit punch and strawberry combo or trying something totally new–it’s all about making it your own!

How to Make Ninja Slushi Fruit Punch Slush
It’s really easy to whip up this frozen treat.
Ingredients You’ll Need:
- Minute Made Fruit Punch
- Torani Strawberry Syrup

How to Make It:
(Full printable recipe card is available below)
Combine the ingredients. First, you’ll combine fruit punch and strawberry syrup in a large liquid measuring cup with a spout.

Add mixture to the machine. Next, you’ll pour the mixture through the opening in the top of the Ninja Slushi machine, then close the opening.
Press the Slush button.

Freeze and serve. Allow the machine to churn and freeze the liquid until the desired consistency is achieved, or until the machine beeps to signal its completion.
Pull the lever to dispense the slush into a glass, then serve.

Notes and Adaptations:
- I prefer to mix the ingredients in a liquid measuring cup with a spout, as that makes it easier to pour it into the machine.
- The length of time it takes for the mixture to freeze will depend in part on the temperature of the liquid. I prefer to use refrigerated liquids, as they freeze faster.
- When the machine beeps, if the mixture isn’t as thick as you’d like, you can press the up button to increase the freezing level of the mixture by a notch or two. It will then continue churning and freezing for a bit longer, making the mixture thicker.

Recommended Equipment:
- Ninja Slushi Machine – Price and availability often varies, so I recommend checking the price here on Amazon and here at Walmart.
- Pyrex 4-Cup Measuring Cup – For easy mixing and pouring.
