If you’ve been around the Ninja Creami very long, you already know how easy it is to customize frozen desserts with the appliance.

Ice creams and sorbets are easy to make with ingredients you can’t use in a traditional ice cream machine.

This makes it super simple to create treats that help you meet your dietary needs or goals, while still satisfying your sweet tooth.

I’ve received many requests for Ninja Creami recipes that are WeightWatchers friendly, so I decided to create a list of some of my favorites!

Ninja Creami Recipes for Weight Watchers

Now, it’s important to note that none of these recipes are officially endorsed by WeightWatchers®.

However, as a current WeightWatchers member myself, I plugged ingredients into the WW app to calculate points.

For several of the recipes below, I’m sharing simple tweaks to help decrease the point value without sacrificing flavor.

Of course, plans and systems do change from time to time with WW, so it’s always best for you to plug in the values into your own app for the most accuracy.

With that in mind, let’s dive in!

1. Ninja Creami Applesauce Sorbet

This applesauce sorbet is not only easy to make, but it’s a refreshing sweet treat.

You can use unsweetened applesauce, which is a zero point food.

Then add monk fruit sweetener instead of brown sugar, and the whole pint will be zero points!

2. Ninja Creami Cherry Limeade Sorbet

As written, this cherry limeade sorbet recipe calls for regular cherry pie filling. However, you can substitute no sugar added cherry pie filling instead!

Since lime juice is zero points, using the sugar free pie filling will bring it to 7 points for the entire pint.

Divide that by 4, and each half cup serving has a little less than 2 points, which you can round up to 2 for ease.

3. Ninja Creami Frozen Yogurt

The number of points in frozen yogurt will vary depending on what type of yogurt you use.

For this one, I calculated the points value based on using Noosa vanilla yogurt (which is what’s shown as being used in the recipe).

This makes the whole pint 7 points. Divide that by 4 for 1/2 cup servings, each rounding to 2 points.

4. Ninja Creami Strawberry Sorbet

This 3-ingredient strawberry sorbet normally uses fresh strawberries, sugar, and water.

If you follow the recipe as written, the pint will be about 15 points, or roughly 4 points per 1/2 cup serving.

However, you can use monkfruit sweetener instead of sugar, which would turn this into a zero point treat, since strawberries are a zero point food!

5. Ninja Creami Apple Pie Sorbet

This apple cinnamon sorbet recipe calls for regular canned apple pie filling, but you’ll need to use a no added sugar variety to keep the points low.

By making that simple swap, the whole pint would be 7 points, or roughly 2 points per 1/2 cup serving.

6. Ninja Creami Peach Sorbet

This easy peach sorbet is made with canned peaches, so it’s super simple to make.

The type of liquid the peaches are packed in will impact the point content of the final product.

Here’s how it shakes out:

  • 4 points per 1/2 cup if you use peaches in heavy syrup
  • 3 points per 1/2 cup if you use peaches in light syrup
  • 2 points per 1/2 cup if you use peaches in juice

You can always add some monk fruit sweetener to the peaches before freezing if you want to make them sweeter.

7. Ninja Creami Pineapple Sorbet

Another canned fruit wonder, this easy pineapple sorbet is a refreshing treat without the guilt!

Choose pineapple packed in juice, and the resulting sorbet will only be about 3 points per 1/2 cup serving.

You can also add 1/4 teaspoon of coconut extract before freezing to give it a pina colada flair!

8. Ninja Creami Mango Sorbet

Because this mango sorbet uses canned fruit as well, you’ll want to be mindful of the liquid the mango is packed in.

For canned mango packed in light syrup, your sorbet will have about 4 points per 1/2 cup.

I’ve seen different point values for different brands of canned mango packed in juice, but it seems most are about 2 points per 1/2 cup.

Just scan your can with your WW app and you’ll be able to see the point value for that brand!

9. Ninja Creami Spiced Pear Sorbet

For this pear sorbet, I use canned pears packed in juice. Without any added sugar, that would bring the point value to 2 points per 1/2 cup.

You can always add in some monk fruit sweetener if needed, which wouldn’t affect the point value.

10. Ninja Creami Watermelon Lemonade Sorbet

This watermelon lemonade sorbet is a delicious recipe to make in the height of summer, when watermelon is at its peak!

Watermelon itself is a zero point food.

The recipe also calls for powdered lemonade mix, but if you use a sugar-free lemonade mix and choose monkfruit sweetener instead of sugar, you’ll have a zero point dessert!

11. Ninja Creami Protein Ice Cream

Similar to the frozen yogurt, protein ice cream will vary in point value depending on what kind of protein shake you use.

FairLife Core Protein shakes are a popular choice, and if you use the chocolate variety, you’ll end up with a sweet treat that’s only 4 points for the whole pint.

The vanilla variety is about 3 points per pint.

Both of those average out to about 1 point per 1/2 cup serving for a high protein sweet treat!

12. Ninja Creami Copycat Frosty

This easy copycat Frosty recipe uses chocolate milk and instant chocolate pudding mix to create a sweet treat that rivals Wendy’s.

To keep it low points, look for 2% chocolate milk instead of whole chocolate milk, then use sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix.

That will bring the treat to about 3 points per 1/2 cup serving!

13. Ninja Creami Chocolate Milk Ice Cream

If you don’t have pudding mix or don’t want to use it, you can make this ice cream using just chocolate milk!

Again, the key here is choosing a lower-fat milk option, like 1% or 2%.

For 2% chocolate milk, a 1/2 cup serving will be around 3 points.

You can always scan the barcode on your chocolate milk to get the exact point value.

14. Ninja Creami Banana “Nice” Cream

This banana ice cream recipe is made with just bananas, so it’s a zero point food!

Be sure to use ripe bananas so it will be sweet enough, or add in some monk fruit sweetener if needed.

If you need to add a splash or two of milk to Re-spin the pint and get it creamy, that may add a very small amount of points to the pint, depending on what you use.

15. Ninja Creami Cantaloupe Sorbet

Using a ripe, juicy melon to make this easy cantaloupe sorbet is a delicious dessert!

Opt for monkfruit sweetener instead of sugar, and this treat will be a zero-point indulgence.

16. Ninja Creami Blackberry Sorbet

One of the best things about summer is the fact that it’s blackberry season!

This blackberry sorbet is simple to make, and if you use monk fruit instead of sugar, you’ll have another fantastic dessert with zero points.

17. Ninja Creami Fresh Peach Sorbet

There’s nothing like a juicy, sweet peach at its peak of ripeness.

I love making this peach sorbet, because you don’t even have to peel the peaches first!

And of course, opting to use monkfruit sweetener instead of sugar will land this refreshing dessert at zero points.

Making Ninja Creami Recipes that are Low in WeightWatchers Points

We hope this gives you some inspiration for sweet treats you can make in the Ninja Creami while using WeightWatchers!

Simple swaps go a long way with keeping point values low:

  • Fresh fruit is usually zero points, so use this when you can
