Ninja Creami Sugar Free vs. No Added Sugar
It’s important to note that there’s a difference between “sugar free” and “no added sugar.”
There are many Ninja Creami recipes that use fruit or dairy products, which contain natural sugars.
Then there are other products that include added sugars, beyond what’s naturally occurring in the ingredients.
I’ll do my best to make note of those in this list, because different people have different thresholds for what they can tolerate.
If you need sugar-free desserts, you’ll want to avoid dairy and fruits.

Converting Ninja Creami Recipes to Be Sugar Free
If you come across a Ninja Creami recipe that you like, but it isn’t sugar-free, there are some simple tweaks you can make.
Here some some adaptations that can help decrease the sugar content.
Choose an Alternative Sweetener
This tip may seem obvious, but sometimes it’s hard to know how to make adjustments.
If a recipe calls for regular granulated sugar, I like to substitute monk fruit sweetener (such as Lakanto).
Not only does it taste great, but it’s a cup-for-cup alternative. So whatever amount of sugar the recipe calls for, you’ll use the same amount of monkfruit sweetener.
If you have other sweeteners that you like, feel free to use those and adjust the amount to taste.
Keep in mind that the mixture will taste slightly less sweet once it’s been frozen.
Use Sugar-Free Pudding
Instant sugar-free pudding is a great option for providing sweetness and flavor to your creations, but without the added sugar!
Plus, it’s available in a wide array of flavors, so there are so many possibilities.
Skip the Dairy
Because dairy contains some natural sugars, you can always opt for nondairy alternatives.
Almond milk is a popular choice instead of dairy milk.
I don’t recommend completely eliminating all fat if you’re wanting a creamy result, but canned coconut cream is a great alternative to heavy cream.
Enjoying Lower Sugar Ninja Creami Desserts
Hopefully these recipes and tips help you see that your low-sugar desserts don’t have to taste like cardboard!
There are so many delicious options to choose from, while still cutting back on sugar intake.
Whether you’re wanting an indulgent chocolate ice cream or a refreshing strawberry frozen yogurt, you can enjoy a tasty treat that meets your dietary needs.
