Ninja Creami Pumpkin Flavored Milkshake
To keep things simple with this milkshake, I used vanilla ice cream.
However, you can certainly use pumpkin ice cream, if you have some on hand.
I added some pumpkin puree and pumpkin spice to give it that rich, pumpkin pie flavor.
You may want to add a little brown sugar for some extra sweetness, but that’s totally up to you!
Everything gets blended up into a thick, creamy milkshake with the Ninja Creami, then you get to enjoy!
Top with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and it’s like enjoying a slice of pumpkin pie in a milkshake form.

(Full printable recipe card is available below)
Combine ingredients. In a Ninja Creami pint container, you’ll combine ice cream, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, milk, and brown sugar (if using).
Spin. Place the pint container into the outer bowl, then lock the outer bowl lid into place.
Secure the outer bowl in the Ninja Creami machine. Press the Milkshake button.
Allow the cycle to complete, blending the ingredients together.
Serve. Remove the outer bowl from the machine and take out the pint container.
You can eat it straight out of the container (use a pint cozy to keep your hands from freezing) or divide it between a couple of glasses.
If desired, you can top the milkshake with whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon, then enjoy!
Notes and Adaptations:
- I used vanilla ice cream, but you can use pumpkin ice cream if you have it on hand.
- To make this dairy-free, use my dairy-free Ninja Creami pumpkin pie ice cream or dairy-free Ninja Creami vanilla ice cream. Opt for a nondairy milk, too!
- If you want a little extra sweetness, go ahead and add some brown sugar before blending. But it’s totally optional, and you can leave it out if you’re cutting back on calories.
