Frosted lemonade has always been a highlight of my summers. It’s that perfect blend of creamy sweetness and tangy lemon tartness that’s just irresistible, especially when the weather heats up.

If you’ve ever tried the seasonal frosted lemonade at Chick-fil-A, you know exactly what I mean. It’s like a tart milkshake that hits all the right notes!

For me, nothing pairs better with a chicken sandwich or nuggets than their frosted lemonade. But let’s be honest—it’s just also amazing on its own.

The problem? It’s seasonal, and I can’t always get my hands on it when I want.

That’s why I was so excited to figure out how to make a copycat Chick-fil-A frosted lemonade right at home.

With my Ninja Slushi machine, it’s surprisingly easy to whip up, and the result is spot on! Seriously, it’s like I brought the drive-thru to my kitchen.

This Ninja Slushi frosted lemonade has quickly become a family favorite. It’s the perfect treat to serve up at backyard barbecues, summer movie nights, or just because.

Plus, I can make enough for everyone without breaking the bank, and we all get to enjoy that creamy, dreamy frozen lemonade flavor.

Notes and Adaptations:

  • I prefer to mix the lemonade and Dream Whip in a liquid measuring cup with a spout, as that makes it easier to pour it into the machine.
  • The length of time it takes for the mixture to freeze will depend on the temperature of the liquid. I prefer to use refrigerated liquids, as they freeze faster.
  • When the machine beeps, if the mixture isn’t as thick as you’d like, you can press the up button to increase the freezing level of the mixture by a notch or two. It will then continue churning and freezing for a bit longer, making the mixture thicker.
  • Sugar-free lemonade will not work in this recipe.
  • Dream Whip is sold in boxes of two or four envelopes, and is usually found in the baking aisle of the grocery store.
