Being able to make healthier frozen treats in the Ninja Creami is a game-changer, isn’t it?

Customizing ingredients based on your needs, while still enjoying a delicious dessert, is almost too good to be true.

And if you’re looking for ways to increase your protein intake, there are so many tasty ways to do it!

One of my favorite ways is by making Ninja Creami frozen yogurt recipes!

You can transform Greek yogurt into a rich and creamy dessert with almost no effort.

After making Ninja Creami chocolate frozen yogurt and strawberry frozen yogurt, I knew I wanted to create even more flavors.

That’s how this Ninja Creami peach frozen yogurt was born. It’s a flavorful, fruity treat that’s satisfying without feeling heavy.

Peach Frozen Yogurt in the Ninja Creami

In my opinion, the quality of the frozen yogurt will depend greatly on the quality of the yogurt you use.

I like to use full-fat Cabot Greek yogurt, but you can use whatever variety you like.

While you can technically use a nonfat yogurt, I think you’ll be happier with the result if you use a yogurt with some fat in it, whether that’s 2% or full fat yogurt, because it will be creamier.

I used plain yogurt because that’s what I had on hand, but if you have a peach variety of yogurt that you enjoy, you can use that instead!

We’re adding canned peaches to the mix here, because they add sweetness and flavor.

If you feel like the mixture needs a bit more sweetness, feel free to add a little sugar or monkfruit sweetener.

It’s really easy to customize to your personal taste!

How to Make Ninja Creami Frozen Yogurt with Peaches

You’ll love how easy it is to make this sweet treat.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • Greek yogurt (I used plain, full-fat yogurt)
  • Canned peaches
  • Optional: Sugar or monk fruit sweetener
can of peach chunks, container of cabot greek yogurt, and an empty ninja creami pint container

How to Make it:

(Full printable recipe card is available below)

Mix the base. To start, you’ll combine the Greek yogurt with the drained and diced canned peaches in a small bowl or large liquid measuring cup.

Use an immersion blender to combine until smooth.

Technically, you can just stir everything together and freeze it.

But I find it helpful to blend it all together so I can better gauge whether or not to add more sweetener to the base.

Sweeten to taste, if needed. Give the mixture a taste. If it needs a bit more sweetness, add some sugar or monk fruit sweetener and stir it in well.

Keep in mind that the mixture will taste a little less sweet after it’s frozen.

Freeze. Transfer the mixture to a pint container and close the lid. Freeze on a level surface for at least 24 hours.

Spin. Remove the pint from the freezer and take off the lid. Place the container into the outer bowl of the Ninja Creami, securing the outer bowl lid.

Place bowl apparatus into the Ninja Creami machine and lock it into place. Select the Lite Ice Cream button and allow the cycle to complete.

Re-spin if needed. Check the texture of the frozen yogurt. If it’s a little crumbly, place it back into the machine and use the Re-spin button.

If it’s still crumbly after that, you can add a tablespoon of milk and re-spin it again.

Once it’s nice and smooth, it’s ready to scoop and serve!

Notes and Adaptations:

  • I prefer to use full-fat Greek yogurt, as it results in a creamier dessert. You can use 2% yogurt if you prefer. While you can use nonfat yogurt, the result won’t be as creamy.
  • My yogurt was plain, but you can also use a peach-flavored yogurt if you prefer.
  • This recipe calls for 1 cup of diced peaches, which means you’ll probably have some leftover from the can. I save them in the refrigerator, then use them as garnish when I’m serving the frozen yogurt!
  • If you have fresh, ripe peaches on hand, feel free to use those instead.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl or large liquid measuring cup, combine yogurt and peaches.
  2. Use an immersion blender to blend until smooth (while you technically can just stir the ingredients together before freezing, I find it easier to assess the sweetness if it's been blended first).
  3. Taste mixture and add sugar or monk fruit sweetener, if needed, stirring well to combine.
  4. Transfer mixture to a Ninja Creami pint container and close the lid. Place container on a level surface in the freezer for at least 24 hours.
