How to Make Dairy Free Oreo Ice Cream

It’s really easy to whip up this treat.

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • Dairy-Free Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Dairy-Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • Oreo Cookies, Coarsely Chopped

How to Make It:

Beat the cream. First, you’ll beat whipping cream and vanilla on high speed until stiff peaks form.

Stir the condensed milk Next you’ll open the can of sweetened condensed milk and check to see if it’s separated.

If so, stir well until the clumps are gone and the mixture is all one consistency.

Add to whipped cream. Next, you’ll gradually drizzle the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream.

Mix on low to medium speed until fully incorporated and no streaks remain.

Add the Oreos. Next, you’ll add the chopped Oreo cookies and mix on low speed just until they’re incorporated evenly.

Pour mixture into a freezer-safe ice cream container and close its lid (or cover with plastic wrap).

  • 2 cups dairy-free heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 11.6-oz can dairy-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 Oreo cookies, coarsely chopped

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment (or a large mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer), beat whipping cream and vanilla extract on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Open can of sweetened condensed milk and check to see if it's separated. If so, stir well until the clumps are gone and the mixture is all one consistency.
  3. With the mixer on low speed, gradually drizzle the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream. Mix until fully incorporated and no streaks remain.
  4. Add the chopped Oreo cookies and mix on low speed until incorporated.
  5. Pour mixture into a freezer-safe ice cream container and close its lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Freeze for 8-12 hours, or until frozen through.
  6. Scoop, serve, and enjoy!
