This Ninja Creami vanilla Junket ice cream is the perfect vanilla soft-serve flavor of ice cream!

Ingredients

– Milk – Junket vanilla ice cream mix – Heavy cream – Vanilla extract

Dissolve The Mix

To start, you’ll combine the Junket mix in some milk, stirring or whisking until it dissolves.

Add in the heavy cream and vanilla extract, mixing to incorporate. Pour mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container.

Finish The Base

Freeze

Close the lid of the pint container. Place in the freezer on a level surface, allowing it to freeze for at least 24 hours.

Spin

Re-spin if needed. If the mixture looks a little crumbly after spinning, insert it back into the machine and use the Re-spin function.
