Ninja Creami Strawberry Sorbet (Made with Jell-O®)

It’s super easy to make strawberry sorbet in the Ninja Creami with just two simple ingredients!

This easy Ninja Creami strawberry sorbet is made with Jell-O® gelatin, for a flavorful treat that’s perfect for a hot summer day.


– Apple juice – Strawberry gelatin mix

Dissolve The Gelatin

Pour 1 cup of apple juice into a microwave-safe bowl or large measuring cup. Microwave for about 90 seconds, until it’s very hot and near-boiling. Add the strawberry gelatin mix to the hot juice and whisk until dissolved.

Add the remaining juice and whisk to incorporate. Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, being careful not to exceed the max fill line, and close the lid.


Place the pint container on a level surface in your freezer and allow it to freeze for at least 24 hours.


Place bowl assembly into the Ninja Creami machine and lock it into place. Press the Sorbet button and allow the cycle to complete.

Check Consistency

Remove the pint from the machine and check the consistency. If it appears crumbly, scrape down any icy patches on the inside wall of the container, then insert the pint back into the machine.
